Every SION engagement follows the same four-step process. No ambiguity, no surprises. You know what happens next at every stage — and you have a fixed price before we ever fly.
The Process
15–30 minutes. No obligation.
You tell us about the property or project. We ask the right questions — site size, access, deliverable format, timeline, and how the data will be used. By the end of the call, you know exactly what we recommend and why. No sales pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
Written scope. Fixed price.
We review the site remotely — satellite imagery, airspace maps, LAANC requirements, and any known obstacles. You receive a written proposal with a fixed price, deliverable list, and estimated turnaround. No surprise invoices after the fact.
We handle everything in the field.
SION arrives on-site with the DJI Matrice 4E RTK — our primary platform for precision mapping and inspection work. We handle LAANC authorization, site safety, and flight operations. You don't need to be present unless you want to be. We document conditions as they are, not as anyone wants them to appear.
Data in your hands within one business day.
Processed deliverables are uploaded to a secure cloud link and sent directly to you. Orthomosaics, 3D models, inspection reports, and raw imagery — formatted for how you actually use the data. No software to install. Share the link with your team, your client, or your attorney.
Common Questions
No. We handle all flight operations independently. You're welcome to be present, but it's not required. We'll send you a notification when we're on-site and again when deliverables are ready.
We monitor conditions before every flight. If weather is unsuitable, we reschedule at no additional cost and notify you immediately. For recurring programs, we build a weather buffer into the schedule.
Everything is delivered via a secure cloud link. You can share it with anyone — no account or software required. For 3D models hosted on our Nira platform, the link is shareable and works in any browser.
Yes. We operate on active job sites regularly. We coordinate with your site superintendent for access and safety compliance, and we carry a COI that meets most general contractor requirements.
Our primary service area is Memphis, Shelby County, West Tennessee, Northern Mississippi, and Eastern Arkansas. Projects outside this area may include a travel supplement — we'll confirm during the discovery call.
For standard projects, we typically schedule within 3–5 business days. Recurring program clients receive priority scheduling. For time-sensitive projects, contact us directly — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Pricing
Our Investment Guide publishes typical starting prices for every service — so you can self-qualify before we ever speak. No forms, no gatekeeping.
Step One
Tell us about the project. We'll tell you exactly what we recommend, what it costs, and when we can fly. No obligation, no pressure.
