Every project is unique. What we publish here are typical investment ranges so you can quickly determine whether we're the right fit — before either of us spends time on a call. If your project falls outside these ranges, reach out. We'll tell you exactly what it takes.

One-time flights document a moment. Recurring programs document a project. GCs and developers on active builds use our monthly and biweekly programs to maintain a continuous aerial record — protecting against disputes, keeping stakeholders informed, and creating a permanent project archive.
If you manage more than one building, pricing each inspection separately costs you money. The Portfolio Program documents every asset you manage on one scheduled cycle — priced per building, per visit. The more buildings on the cycle, the lower the per-building rate. Most portfolios run semi-annually: one cycle in spring, one before winter.
When a named weather event affects your portfolio, we prioritize documentation within 72 hours — at your program rate, with no surge pricing.
After a major storm, every contractor and adjuster in the region is booked and every rate goes up. Existing portfolio clients are documented first. And because we already hold your pre-storm baseline, the comparison a carrier needs already exists.
Every project is scoped individually. These are the primary variables that determine final pricing. When you schedule a consultation, we'll walk through each one so there are no surprises.
